SANMARG RESIDENTIAL LLP

We are located at 207, M.D. Road, right on the first floor. Being in this part of Kolkata means there is always something happening outside. It is a busy area, but once you step inside our office, it is a bit quieter. We focus on residential work here. Mostly it is just the daily grind of checking figures and talking to contractors. Our office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. The building itself has some character, being in an older neighborhood with lots of narrow lanes nearby. We have been here for a while and have seen the streets change bit by bit over the years. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the road outside a bit messy, but we still make it in every morning to start the fans and get to work. It’s a standard workspace where we deal with the ins and outs of housing projects. We don’t go for any of those modern open-plan layouts. It’s just traditional rooms where we can sit and focus on the paperwork without distractions. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the progress on different sites. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local office where we try to do things right. Folks know they can find us here on the first floor if they need to discuss anything.
