Samitsaha Realty Private Limited

You can find the Samitsaha Realty Private Limited office at 28, Panchanantala Lane. We are located on the 1st floor of the building there. The lane is one of those narrow Kolkata streets where you have to be careful when a car comes through. Our office is quite straightforward. We have a main room with a few desks and a separate smaller space for keeping our records. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of folders and maps lying around, but we know where everything is. The walls are a bit bare, mostly just a couple of charts and a clock that’s five minutes fast. We don't really have a big staff, so it’s usually just a few of us in here. The noise from the lane downstairs stays with us all day, from the rickshaws to the local vendors. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs doing and then just dive into the paperwork. The 1st floor is easy to get to, so we don't have to worry about elevators. Sometimes the lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps on our desks to see what we are doing. It’s just a plain, working office where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving forward. There is nothing fancy about it, just a group of people working hard at their desks.
