Saksham Associates

Our office is at 1009 Mohar Apartment on Jessore Road. We’re in the Naskar Bagan area, not far from the Chinese Temple. It’s an interesting part of Kolkata 700055 to work in. Saksham Associates is basically just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Being in an apartment building means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We like it that way. You can hear the sounds of the road outside, which is always busy. Jessore Road never really sleeps. We’ve been here long enough that we know the best tea stalls nearby. Most of our day is spent looking at numbers or coordinating with people on the phone. It’s not the kind of work that looks good in a movie, but it's what we do. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get our work finished so we can go home to our families. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it simple. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We’ve got our routine down, and even though things get chaotic when deadlines approach, we manage to get through it together without too much fuss.
