SACHISH TOWERS LLP

Our office for Sachish Towers LLP is situated at 5, Chittaranjan Avenue, right on the first floor. If you know Kolkata, you know that C.R. Avenue is one of those roads that never really sleeps. There is always a tram or a bus rattling past the building. The architecture around here is quite old, which gives the place a bit of character that you do not find in the newer parts of the city. We have a fairly simple setup. The rooms are high-ceilinged and keep relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on the pavement outside. We mostly deal with property-related matters and tower management. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and checking on site progress. We do not have a dedicated receptionist or a shiny waiting area. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. There is always a stack of newspapers on the table and some half-empty cups of coffee. We prefer it this way because it feels more like a workspace than a showroom. Our team has been working out of this 1st-floor space for some time, and we have a routine that works for us. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where every file is located. It is just a group of us trying to keep things running smoothly in this busy part of town.
