SACHISH RESIDENCY LLP

Our office sits at 5, Chittaranjan Avenue. You’ll find us on the first floor. It is one of those classic buildings you see around this part of Kolkata. There is always a lot of activity on the street below us. We spend most of our time dealing with the administrative side of things for the residency. It’s not a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly. The walls are a bit plain, and we have stacks of papers everywhere, but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office design. It is just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the tea man comes around and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon when we all stop for a few minutes. We have been in this location for a bit, and we know the neighbors pretty well now. The first floor is handy because we don't have to rely on the lift if we are in a hurry. We mostly handle phone calls and look over site plans throughout the week. It can get pretty busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is trying to catch up with the weekend's messages. We just keep our heads down and work through the list. It’s a honest way to spend the day. Nothing fancy, just us at our desks on C.R. Avenue trying to keep things organized for the residents and the projects we have going on. We are here from morning until evening.
