SACHISH REALCON LLP is right on Chittaranjan Avenue at number 5. We are located on the first floor of the building. It’s a very busy street with people and trams moving past all day long. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small group. We do work related to real estate and construction. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through, like permits and contracts. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come in to discuss their projects. Since we are on the first floor, we can hear the sounds of the street, which keeps us connected to the city. Sometimes it gets a little messy with all the site maps and folders lying around, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. Dealing with property in a city like Kolkata is complicated, so we just take it step by step. We’ve been at this address for a bit and have gotten to know the other businesses in the building. It’s a good spot to be in if you need to get around the city quickly.
