Sachish Promoters LLP has its office at 5, Chittaranjan Avenue, on the 1st floor. This part of Kolkata is very traditional and has a lot of history. We like being on the first floor because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in a big building. We are a small firm. There are just a few of us who handle all the promoter work. It involves a lot of meetings and checking on various legal things. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It is just a door with our name on it and some desks inside. Most of our furniture has been here for years. It’s comfortable and it works. We don't really go for the high-end look. We’d rather focus on getting the work done. Chittaranjan Avenue is always loud with traffic and horns, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our mornings going through the mail and our afternoons on the phone. It is a lot of routine, but we don't mind. We aren't the type to use marketing slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a straightforward way of running a business. We handle a variety of local projects from this office. It keeps us busy enough. We are just regular people working in a regular office in a very busy part of the city. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking while we handle our daily files.
