SACHISH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

SACHISH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP is another part of our group working out of 5, Chittaranjan Avenue on the first floor. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to the actual construction management. The office is often full of samples like tiles, cement bags, or pieces of rebar. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in for a meeting. We don't really have a set routine. Some days are quiet and we just do data entry, while other days are chaotic with people coming and going. The building itself is one of those classic Kolkata structures that has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We like being in this area because the hardware markets are very close by. If we need something for a site, we can just send someone down the street to get it. It saves us a lot of time. Our neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses, so we all know each other. We don't really do much advertising. People find us because they know we are here on the first floor. It’s a very practical way to run a construction business. We worry about the weather a lot because rain can stop a project for days. When the sun is out, we are working as fast as we can to stay on schedule.
