Avenue is one of the busiest streets you can imagine. We are right in the thick of it. Our office is just one room, and it’s usually packed with building plans, material samples, and stacks of files. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s where we do all our planning and phone calls. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise of the street, but you can still hear the horns honking down below. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and making sure our builders have what they need at the sites. Building in West Bengal has its own set of rules and challenges, especially when the weather turns bad. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm because we aren't. We are just a small team of builders and office staff trying to get projects finished. The elevator in Thacker House is sometimes slow, and the room can get a bit cramped, but we make it work. We just stay focused on the bricks and mortar and the paperwork that goes with it. You won't find anything promotional here, just people working.
