SABRANG DEVELOPERS LLP operates out of 14A/5 Temple Street. We are located at Manoj Kr. Shaw’s place. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to get work done. We are a small group of developers and we mostly keep our heads down and focus on the projects we have in front of us. Our setup on Temple Street is simple. We have a few desks and a place to meet people who want to talk about construction. A lot of our time is spent visiting the different plots of land we are working on to see how the progress is going. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do to show people what we are about. Most of the people around here know Manoj, and that’s how they find us. We deal with all the usual stuff like getting permits and finding the right labor for the jobs. Some days are slow with a lot of waiting around for approvals, and other days are so busy we barely have time for lunch. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can. Being on Temple Street is convenient for us and it feels like a regular home office. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we just take things one project at a time without any fuss or complicated plans. It's just a few of us here making sure the buildings get finished.
