Saanvi Construction And Development Private Limited has its office at 153/1, S.N Roy Road. It’s located in the Sahapur area of New Alipore. New Alipore is a decent place to be, though S.N Roy Road gets incredibly congested during the rush hour. Our office is a modest space on the ground floor. We have some posters of old projects on the walls and a few potted plants that we sometimes forget to water. Most of our work involves development in and around this neighborhood. We are a small team and we’ve all been together for quite some time. There is no corporate ladder here, just people helping out where they can. If the phone rings and the clerk is out, one of the directors will pick it up. We don't have a polished website or a social media manager. Most of our time is spent on-site or dealing with local authorities. The desks are covered in blueprints and half-empty water bottles. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a formal mission statement written on the wall. We just show up every day, handle the construction details, and try to make sure everything is built right. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. If you drop by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings.
