S S K Buildevers & Developers Privatelimited is located at 10, M R Kanoria Road. It’s a specific part of the area that’s been seeing some changes lately. Our office is at L P 44/2, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We’ve been involved in building and developing for a good number of years. Most of us here started out doing much smaller jobs before we ended up running this company. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a person to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’ll probably just get one of us who happens to be near the desk. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, making sure things are moving along. The paperwork is the part we like the least, but it has to be done. Our desks are usually covered in drawings and permit applications. We’re not trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just show the work we’ve done and let people decide for themselves. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and want to keep doing that. It’s a simple business model. We work hard, try to stay on schedule, and hope the rain stays away when we’re pouring concrete. That's really all there is to it for us. We've stayed small on purpose.
