S. Lb. B. Inch. Founders & Engineers is over here at 523, R. N. Guha Road. It is mostly just us working with metal and parts every day. The workshop gets pretty loud once the machines start running in the morning. We have been in this spot for a while now and people around R. N. Guha Road know where to find us. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. There is grease on the floor and tools everywhere because that is how engineering work happens. We spend most of our time looking at drawings and trying to get the dimensions right on whatever we are making. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It is regular work, really. We handle a lot of founding work and basic engineering stuff that keeps other businesses moving. Usually, someone is always wearing oily overalls and drinking tea near the front door during breaks. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we are still here doing the same things. It is just a group of us who know how to handle the equipment. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the day is spent on the shop floor getting things done. If you walk by, you will probably hear the grinding sounds or see us loading things onto a truck.
