S D Infocomm

We are over at 48/33 Swiss Park, right across from the old Bhawani Cinema in Tollygunge. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in. People are always hanging around the cinema or walking towards the metro station. Our shop, S D Infocomm, is where we handle a lot of phone and internet related things. We fix devices and sell accessories like chargers and covers. The space is quite small, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other. There is usually some music playing on a small radio in the corner to keep us going. We get a lot of students coming in because they always seem to be breaking their screens or losing their cables. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a few glass counters and some stools for customers to sit on while they wait. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we thought, so we just tell them to go grab a tea nearby and come back in an hour. We try to be straightforward about what we can and can’t do. If something is beyond fixing, we just say so. Tollygunge is a busy place, and there’s always something happening outside our window. It’s a good spot to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable one where you can get your tech stuff sorted without much fuss. It's just a regular day-to-day operation for us.
