You can find us at 119a on Rippon Street, right up on the first floor in Flat A-1. We are pretty close to the main Park Street area, which is always full of people and cars. Cad Cam Concepts Calcutta Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this apartment-turned-office for a good bit of time. It’s a bit of an older building, so you have to walk up the stairs, but it’s quiet once you get inside and away from the street noise. We spend most of our time looking at screens and working through technical designs or software bits. The room isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the few computers we need to keep things moving. Sometimes the humidity in Calcutta gets to the equipment, so we keep the fans going all day long. We don’t have any flashy signs outside, just the address and the name so people know they’ve found the right door. It’s mostly just us doing our thing, drinking tea, and trying to stay on top of the work that comes in from different clients. Park Street is a nice place to be because there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack during a break. We like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything without being too loud about it. Just a regular workplace doing technical work without any fuss or corporate polish. Most of the time, the building manager stops by for a chat too.
