Britech Computer Centre

Britech Computer Centre is situated at EA/7 in Deshbandhu Nagar. We are right opposite the post office, which is how most people find us if they haven't been here before. Baguihati is a crowded area, but our little corner near the post office is a bit more manageable. The shop is a small, straightforward place. We have a few benches where we line up the computers that need fixing. There’s a ceiling fan that clicks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps the air moving. We mostly deal with the locals from around Deshbandhunagar. It's a lot of students and families who have a PC that stopped working or needs an update. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door. Often, we are just sitting there working on a motherboard or cleaning out dust from a fan. It’s a bit of a messy job, but someone has to do it. We have a small stash of tea bags and a kettle in the corner for when we need a break. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk to people normally and tell them what’s wrong with their machine. It’s been our routine for a long time. The post office across the way gets really busy in the afternoons, so we see a lot of people passing by. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day.
