You can find Arc Infotech at 50/5 Shyam Nagar Road. It is a modest space where we have been doing our thing for a few years now. Shyam Nagar Road is a busy place with a lot of shops and houses mixed together, so there are always people walking past our window. We mostly deal with info-tech services, which basically means a lot of time spent in front of computer screens or fixing software bugs for people. The office is small and we have to be careful not to clutter it up too much with old hardware. We have a small table in the back where we take our breaks and a few rows of desks where the actual work happens. It is not the kind of place that has a fancy lobby or a logo on every wall. We just have our equipment and a few chairs for when someone needs to sit down and explain a problem to us. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, but it’s just part of being in this area. We have grown to like the rhythm of the neighborhood and the people who live around here. We don't spend money on big marketing campaigns; we just focus on the tasks that come in every morning. It is a simple life of solving technical problems and making sure things are running the way they should be for the people who rely on us.
