Our work involves a lot of coordination and making sure all the details are right. It’s the kind of job where you think you’ve finished for the day, and then someone calls with an urgent question. We just take it in stride. We’ve got a small team here and we all know our roles. It’s mostly about managing the properties we have and making sure the owners and tenants are on the same page. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic, especially when multiple things happen at once, but we manage to get through the list of tasks. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a reliable place for people to get their property stuff sorted out. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the week. We usually close up late and start all over again the next morning.
