Roofheight Developers Llp is another one of the small businesses operating out of 113B Manohar Das Street. Our office is Room 399 on the 4th floor. We are right in the thick of the Burra Bazar area. It’s a chaotic place to work sometimes, but we like being where the action is. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of property development. We talk to architects, engineers, and the guys actually doing the building. It’s not a clean or quiet job. There is always some issue with a delivery or a permit that needs to be sorted out. We don’t use a lot of corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers and a big table for looking at drawings. We’ve been working in the 700007 area for quite a while now. We know the people and we know how to get things done in this city. It takes a lot of patience. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing campaigns. Most of our projects come through word of mouth and the connections we’ve made over the years. We just try to stay honest and work hard. If a project is finished and everything is standing straight, then we’ve done our part. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, even if it gets stressful.
