Our place is at P 543 on Raja Basanta Roy Road. It’s a nice enough street to be on. We spend most of our time inside these walls. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. You’ll see plenty of files piled up and rolls of plans tucked into corners. It’s the kind of place where you can tell people actually work. We don't have a receptionist sitting at a big desk. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s pretty informal. The neighborhood has its own rhythm. You hear the local traffic and the sounds of the street throughout the day. We’ve got our routine down. Morning starts with checking what needs to be done first. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a tricky stage. We don't make a big deal out of it. It’s just part of the job. The walls have some old drawings pinned up that we haven't taken down in years. They remind us of where we started. We prefer it this way, without all the corporate polish. It feels real. Most people who come here are used to the way we do things. We just focus on the drawings and the details. It’s a steady pace on Raja Basanta Roy Road, and we’re happy to be part of it. We keep our coffee mugs on our desks and just keep at it.
