Architect Anubha Fatehpuria

The office is on the 2nd Floor at No. 17/1/1 B Dover Terrace. It is an old neighborhood with a lot of character and big trees. We like being upstairs because it’s a little quieter than being right on the street level where people are always walking by. Architect Anubha Fatehpuria is the name on the door, but it’s just a small team of us working here. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking about how different things should be built. The space isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit in all the long tables and computers we need. There are always rolls of paper leaning against the walls in every corner. We don't have a big fancy waiting room for visitors. Usually, people just come in and grab a seat wherever they can find a clear spot. Dover Terrace is a nice place to walk during lunch, though it can get a bit crowded with parked cars. We've been at this address for a while and the people living nearby know us. Sometimes we stay pretty late when a project is due, and you can see our lights on from the street below. It’s not a corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is more of a personal setup where we can actually talk to one another without any fuss. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we are used to them.
