The office is on the first floor of the Narayani Building, right at 27 Brabourne Road. If you know the area, you know it is always packed with people and traffic. We at Riya Manbhari Projects Llp have been working out of this space for a good bit now. It is an older building, but it suits us just fine for what we need. There is a lot of paper moving across our desks every day because projects always have so many little details to keep track of. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings talking to contractors and our afternoons meeting people who are interested in what we are building. It is a lot of back and forth, really. We do not go in for big speeches or anything like that. We just show the plans and explain where things are at. Most of us have been in this business for years, so we know the local streets around here pretty well. When the lunch hour hits, the smell of food from the nearby stalls comes right into the office. It is a busy life, but it is what we do. We try to stay organized, even if the folders on the shelf do not always look perfectly neat. People come in with all sorts of questions, and we just give them the honest answers we have.
