Riverbank Developers Private Limited (Hiland)

We are over at 225 A J C Bose Road. It gets pretty loud outside with the cars and buses, but we have been in this spot for a while now. Most days here at Riverbank Developers Private Limited, which people mostly just call Hiland, we are busy looking over plans and making sure things are moving along on our different sites. It is not always easy, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we keep at it. Sometimes people drop by the office just to ask about what we are working on next. We do not have fancy brochures for everything, mostly just some maps and drawings pinned up on the walls. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the files stacked up on the desks, but that is just how it goes when you are actually getting work done. Our office is easy to find if you know this part of the road. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone calls, one of us usually picks up right away unless we are all out on a site visit. Being a developer means we spend half our time in the office here and the other half out there where the actual building happens. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. It is a lot of coordination between the workers, the suppliers, and the people looking for a place. We just try to do the job and stay out of the way.
