Rituja Engineering Works

Rituja Engineering Works is located over at 118, Vidyasagar Block, which is out in the Chowhati area. It is a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main parts of 24 Parganas South, but it is a good spot for a workshop. The building is simple and we have been in this specific block for a long time. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of machines and people moving things around. It can get pretty dusty inside, especially when the fans are going full blast in the summer months. We have a few desks tucked in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the space is taken up by tools and materials. The local post office is nearby in Chowhati, so we see the mail carrier almost every day. It is not the kind of place that looks like a corporate office from a movie. There are grease marks on some of the walls and the floor has seen better days, but that is just the nature of engineering work. We handle a lot of different jobs throughout the week. Sometimes it gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the roof, but mostly it is just steady work. People around here know us as the guys who have been in Vidyasagar Block forever. We just stay busy with whatever needs fixing or making and we do not spend much time worrying about the appearance of the place.
