Working out of Bowbazar means we are right in the heart of the city’s old bustle. It’s a busy area and getting up to the 3rd floor keeps us active. We mostly deal with building roads and houses, just like the name says. It isn't glamorous work. It involves a lot of dust, heavy machinery, and long hours under the sun. We don't have a dedicated sales team. We are the ones who answer the phones and also the ones who go out to the sites. It keeps us grounded. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the blueprints and legal papers, but we know where everything is.
