You can find Rising Sun Infra Pvt. Ltd. at P11 in Sector-A of the Metropolitan Cooperative Housing Society. We’re located along Canal South Road, which is a fairly quiet part of the city compared to the main hubs. Our office is part of the society, so it has a very local, residential feel to it. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower downtown. We’re right here on the ground, dealing with infrastructure and land. Most of our days are spent going over plans and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple when we talk to people. The Metropolitan society is a nice place to work. It’s got a bit of green and isn't too noisy. We’ve been at P11 for quite a bit now. We handle everything from basic land work to bigger projects. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who know us or have seen our work around the society. We prefer it that way. It’s more personal. We sit in our office, drink a lot of coffee, and just get through the day’s tasks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work that needs to be done. It’s a practical business, and we like being part of this local neighborhood. It just feels like the right way to run a company here.
