Rishi Group

Our office is up on the third floor of DLF Galleria in Newtown. If you know the Action Area 1B part of town, you know it's always growing. Rishi Group has been based in Unit 306-8 for a bit. It’s a typical office building. We deal with the elevators and the parking just like everyone else working here. Premises No 02-0124 is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a good spot because we can see the new buildings going up all around Newtown. Most of the time, we’re just busy with files or talking to people about local property. It gets a bit noisy during lunch hours when everyone from the other offices comes out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on our work in this corner of the city. We’ve seen Newtown change quite a lot since we moved into the Galleria. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s always something happening downstairs. We keep our office pretty casual. No one wears a suit unless they really have to. We prefer just getting the job done without too much fuss. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we’re just looking at blueprints and land documents. It’s practical work. We’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us in the building. It works for us and the people we deal with daily.
