We’re based out of the Haute Street building on Topsia Road South. Our office for Richmond Rawalwasia Developers Llp is up on the ninth floor at number 86. It’s a decent-sized building in the 700046 area of Kolkata. Being on the ninth floor means we’re away from most of the street noise, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on drawings. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us making sure things get built properly. Our desks are usually covered in maps and site surveys. We don't really have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have all the samples laid out, but we manage. We’ve spent a lot of time in this part of town. It’s got a lot of activity, which is good for the kind of work we do. We don't go for any of that polished business talk. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take a month, we say a month. It’s just easier that way. If you’re looking for us, just take the elevator up to the ninth floor. We’re usually there until the sun goes down, just getting things finished up.
