Resal Builders Private Limited

Resal Builders Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We are located at Flat No. 39A/42 on Prince Golam Mohammed Shah Road. It’s a bit of a tricky address to find if you aren't looking closely, but we like it there. The office is basically a flat, so it has a kitchen and a regular front door, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We are in the business of building things. Houses, offices, walls—if it involves bricks and mortar, we probably do it. Prince Golam Mohammed Shah Road is a busy area and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We have a small team of people who have been working together for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big fancy brochures. We just do the work and let it speak for itself. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone comes in at the same time to collect their pay or discuss a new site. We usually just have some tea and talk through what needs to happen next. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our window in flat 39A/42. New buildings going up everywhere. We are just glad to be a small part of that growth without making too much of a fuss about it.
