Remela Properties Private Limited is based out of the first floor at 242 Rabindra Sarani. If you know that part of Kolkata, you know it's always moving. The street noise is part of our daily background here. We aren't up in some glass tower; we are right there on the first floor where it's easy to reach. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, some old desks, and plenty of files related to property. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in, but it gets the job done. We’ve been in this 700007 neighborhood for a while. Managing properties means we are often out and about, but the office is where the actual records live. We don't use much fancy tech, just the usual stuff to keep things running. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We talk to people face to face and handle things as they come up. Rabindra Sarani has a lot of history and we feel like a small part of that. Some days are slower than others, but there’s always something to fix or a tenant to talk to. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a small property company trying to stay on top of the work. If the fan is rattling, we just ignore it and keep working. It's just how we do things in this part of the city. We keep it simple and honest.
