Refer Cv

Refer Cv is based out of Kolkata. Tapas Jana has been handling things here for a while. You might have seen the email address or the phone numbers 98368 32611 and 9836753856 floating around. We don't really have a big storefront or anything like that. Most of the work happens over the phone or through emails. Kolkata is a big city and things can be pretty chaotic, but we manage to stay on top of the CV work from our current setup. It’s a lot of typing and checking details. Sometimes it feels like there are never enough hours in the day to get through all the messages. We don't use any fancy software to manage things, just the basics. It’s a small, local effort. We know how hard it is for people to find work, so we just try to do our bit. Being in Kolkata means we are used to the humidity and the busy streets. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a personal thing where we talk to people directly. If the phone rings, we pick it up. If an email comes in, we read it when we can. It is a straightforward way of doing things without any of the corporate talk you usually hear these days. We just stay busy and keep the records straight. It’s not much, but it’s our daily work and we stick to it as best as we can.
