We've been at 110 Drsundar Mohan Avenue for a while now. People mostly know us as 2Coms Placement Consultancy. It’s a busy spot in Kol 14. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to folks who want a change in their career. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with paperwork, but that's just how it goes when you're trying to match people with companies. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us here working through the lists and making calls. Finding work for someone isn't always easy, and it takes a lot of back and forth. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in looking for a job, we see what we have on the books. It’s not a complicated setup, just a small team trying to get things done. We've seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out, others are looking for something different after a long time at one place. We handle a lot of the phone calls and emails that go into hiring. It’s a lot of coordination, really. Mostly, we just stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a consultancy here in the city. The traffic outside on the avenue can be loud, but we've gotten used to it. We keep the files organized as best we can, though things get messy during the busy months when everyone seems to be hiring at once. It’s just part of the job.
