We are located at 4C Bidhan Park, on the 3rd floor in Flat A1. REALSTRUCTION PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is more of a hands-on operation than a fancy corporate office. Being in Bidhan Park is a bit different from the city center; it’s still busy, but has its own pace. The 3rd floor walk-up keeps us moving. Our workspace is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers, a few filing cabinets that are getting too full, and a big table for looking at site plans. It’s where we spend most of our mornings before some of the team heads out to various project locations. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork that goes into building and construction. It isn't always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go exactly as planned, but that's just how this business is. We aren't big on meetings that last hours for no reason. We prefer to just talk through what needs to happen and then go do it. The office is often quiet during the middle of the day when people are out on-site. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we just focus on doing a decent job with the projects we take on. It’s a practical way to work, and we like being based in this part of Kolkata. It feels more like a community here. There is a small park nearby where some of us go to sit for a minute if the day gets too long.
