Realmark Nijerbari Project Llp is based at Karnani Estate, specifically on the 4th floor, Flat-170B, at 209 A J C Bose Road. If you know Kolkata 700017, you know this is a very central and historic part of the city. Being in Karnani Estate means we are surrounded by a lot of history and other businesses. Our office is up on the fourth floor, so it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when we need to focus. We work on various real estate projects, and it keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. We aren't a giant corporation; we are just a team of people who know how to manage property projects. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, construction updates, and meeting with clients. It’s a lot of work, and we don't always get everything right the first time, but we fix it and move on. We value being honest and just getting the job done without a lot of unnecessary talk. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, which we actually like. It feels more grounded than those new steel buildings. We spend our lunch breaks at the local spots nearby. If you are coming to visit, the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes, so keep that in mind. We’re just here doing our thing and trying to build something useful for the people of this city.
