We are Realmark Developers Private Limited, and you can find us at 9 Lal Bazar Street. We are up on the second floor of Block A, in Room 68. This is right in the heart of Kolkata, near the main hub of the city. It’s a very old and busy area, which means there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time now. Our main focus is on property development and real estate around the city. Because we are in the 700001 area, we are close to a lot of the legal and administrative buildings, which helps with the paperwork. The office isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning and meet with clients. We aren't the type to use flashy sales pitches. We just tell people what we have available and what the costs are. Most of our clients come through word of mouth or long-standing connections in the business district. It gets pretty hectic around Lal Bazar with all the traffic and people, but we like being where the action is. We handle the daily grind of real estate, from checking titles to overseeing small builds. It’s a steady pace of work.
