Realiance Engineers Associate Limited

Realiance Engineers Associate Limited is basically a group of us who have been working on various engineering projects for quite a while now. We don't really have a big fancy headquarters to show off or a permanent single location, so we mostly just go where the work takes us or use the client's site. Our office setup is pretty basic with drafting tables, some old computers, and stacks of blueprints that seem to grow every single week. We spend a lot of time arguing over technical drawings and checking measurements to make sure everything lines up. It’s not the kind of job that looks good in a magazine, it’s mostly just getting our hands dirty and solving problems as they come up. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when a deadline is coming up fast. Sometimes we forget to clean up the lunch table because we’re too busy looking at a site plan. We’ve worked with a lot of different people over the years, and most of them know us by word of mouth rather than any ads or marketing. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, figure out how to build things, and try to avoid any major mistakes. It’s a lot of math and a lot of sitting in uncomfortable chairs. We like the challenge of a difficult project, even if it means a few more grey hairs.
