It's in the Maheshtala part of Kolkata, 700 143. The road can be a bit rough depending on the season, especially when the rains hit West Bengal hard. We’ve got a lot of gear and equipment around the site. Engineering and construction aren't really about sitting in clean offices. Most of the time, our boots are covered in mud or dust from whatever project is currently on the table. The team is just a bunch of local guys who know their way around a site. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just talk about the jobs over tea and figure out how to get the machinery where it needs to go.
