Real Estate Research Planning And Investment

You can find us over at 66 1A Bright Street in Kolkata. It’s a narrow enough road and sometimes parking is a bit of a headache. We’ve been set up here for a while now, focusing on the research and planning side of things. It’s not flashy work, but someone has to do it. We spend a lot of time looking at investment charts and trying to figure out where the city is moving next. The 19 area of Kolkata is our home base, and it feels like it. The office is usually cluttered with folders and printouts of new project sites. Sometimes we head out to check on a plot of land, but mostly we are right here at the desk. We don't really do the big sales pitches you see on TV. It is more about the numbers and the long-term stuff that people don't always think about. Most days start with a lot of coffee and a quick look at the local news. We have a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the world. We just want to do our job correctly and go home on time. The building is old, and the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. Still, it’s a good place to work. It gets a little humid in the summer, but the ceiling fan keeps us going through the stack of paperwork.
