Raunaq Dsa is what we go by, and we’re located over at 1 20 Vivek Nagar in Jadavpur, Kolkata. Being an agent for places like GE Money, Kotak Mahendra, and Reliance Money keeps us pretty busy. The office is right in the heart of the neighborhood, and it feels like it. It’s a bit cramped, honestly. We have desks pushed up against each other and stacks of loan applications everywhere you look. Jadavpur is a lively area, and there’s always noise coming in from the street—horns honking and people shouting. We don't have any of those fancy coffee machines; we just get our tea from the guy on the corner who brings it in little clay cups. Most of our day is spent helping people just get through their paperwork.
