Rasiwasia Impex Ltd. is located at 14-B Camac Street. We are on the second floor of an older building that has a lot of history. Camac Street is always buzzing with people and cars, and you can hear the city life from our windows all day long. We’ve been in the import-export business for a long time. Our office isn’t one of those modern places with open floor plans. We have separate rooms with heavy wooden doors and big cupboards full of old records. It feels solid and reliable. We deal with various goods and spend our time managing the logistics of moving things from one place to another. It’s a small team here. Many of us have worked together for twenty years or more. We know each other’s families and stories. It’s not just a job; it’s where we spend most of our lives. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from people we’ve known for decades. We take our time with the work and make sure everything is handled properly. There’s no rush to be the biggest company in Kolkata. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. We usually have our lunch together and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a very traditional way of working, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
