Rasals Estates Private Limited has its office at 4 Synagogue Street in Kolkata. This is an old part of the city and our building has a lot of history to it. The area is always crowded and noisy, but it has a lot of character. We have been here for a long time and we like the central location. We handle real estate work, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with property papers and meeting owners. Our office is a simple place with high ceilings and a lot of old files. We do not use any of that fancy real estate talk that you hear in big firms. We just tell people the truth about the properties we are looking at. If a place has bad plumbing or structural issues, we will say so. It is much better to be honest from the start. We do not have a marketing team or any glossy brochures. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. Being in the 700001 area means we can walk to many of the places we manage. It is a lot of walking and a lot of talking to people on the street. We drink a lot of chai and keep things moving. We are not trying to be the biggest agency in town. We just want to do our work properly and treat people fairly. It is a busy but rewarding way to spend our days.
