RAJBHUMI COMPLEX LLP is located at 209, AJC Bose Road, inside the Karnani Estate. We are on the 5th floor in Room 192. If you’ve ever been to Karnani Estate, you know it is a massive building with a lot of history and a lot of different offices tucked away in every corner. Finding Room 192 can be a bit of a challenge the first time, but you eventually get the hang of the hallways. The office itself is a busy little hub in the Park Circus area. We deal with various complex management tasks and real estate issues. It is a high-traffic area, so the 5th floor offers a bit of a break from the noise of AJC Bose Road, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. The room is filled with cabinets full of records and a few desks that are always cluttered with papers. We don't have any fancy decorations; it’s just a functional workspace. We have a lot of regulars who drop in to pay fees or ask questions about the property. The elevators in the building are old and sometimes you have to wait a while, so most of us just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It’s a bit worn out in places, but it’s a real working office where we deal with real people every day.
