Rajanth Developer

Being based at 70C, Tiljala Road in Kolkata means we are right in the thick of things. Rajanth Developer is our small operation and we spend most of our time looking at blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. Kolkata has a certain way of doing things, and we try to stick to that rhythm. Our office on Tiljala Road is pretty modest, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of site reports that never seem to get smaller. It gets quite hot and humid here, especially in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always running at full speed. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished image to maintain. We just focus on the buildings and the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and it takes a while to get through the local regulations, which can be frustrating for everyone involved. But we’ve been around 700046 long enough to know how to handle the delays. We like the neighborhood vibe and the fact that we can walk to get a good lunch nearby. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days are smoother than others, but we keep showing up and doing the work. It’s not a glamorous life, but seeing a project finally finish up makes the long hours and the Kolkata heat worth it for us.
