Our office for Raj Ganguly Associates Management Consultants is at 200 B Santoshpur Avenue in Kolkata 700 075. It is a decent spot in a part of the city that stays pretty active. We’ve been doing management consulting here for a while, though the office doesn't look like those corporate places you see in movies. It’s more of a home-style office setup. We have a few rooms filled with books and old files. Most of our work involves sitting around a big wooden table and talking through problems. Santoshpur Avenue has its own charm, especially in the evenings when things cool down a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website that does everything. Most people who work with us are regulars or friends of friends. We deal with all sorts of business stuff, trying to help local firms figure out their management issues. Sometimes we lose track of time and stay until the street lights come on. The building itself is an older one, so the stairs can be a bit steep. We like being part of the Kolkata business scene in our own small way. It is a lot of reading and thinking and writing things down. We don't use much jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just do the work and stay out of the spotlight. That's how we've always operated here.
