Railway

Our place is simply called Railway. The address we have on file is a bit of a mess, looks like a bunch of random letters like Rstthxty5Tccgghhjbhj and Ybbkjjkl, but we’re a real group of people working here nonetheless. We handle the daily tasks that come with managing rail-related logistics. It’s mostly just keeping track of where things are supposed to be and when they should arrive. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting at a cluttered desk with a cup of coffee, looking over some old printouts. The work isn't glamorous. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking numbers. Sometimes the system is slow, and we have to do things the old-fashioned way with a pen and paper. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the job. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. If a shipment is late or a line is blocked, we’re the ones who have to figure out the next step. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just what works. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There’s no big mystery to it, just keeping the railway stuff moving as best as we can under the circumstances, even if the address on the paperwork looks like a typo from someone else.
