Down in village Chhatrashal, near Ghole, you’ll find our little setup at Kajal Maji’s place. It’s a quiet spot, and that’s how we like it. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, mostly just focusing on the agro work that needs doing every day. We don’t have a big staff or a tall building. It’s just us working with what the land gives. The road to the village can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but we are used to it. We spend our mornings checking on the plants and our afternoons figuring out where the harvest will go. It isn't always easy to run a private company in a small village, but we are doing our bit. People around here know Kajal and know where to find us if they need to talk about farming. We keep our tools clean and our records in notebooks. There isn’t much corporate talk here. We just use plain English and speak about the weather or the soil. It feels right to be doing this work where we grew up. Some days are long, especially when the harvest is ready, but it’s good to be busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to keep the agro business running steady for the folks in Chhatrashal. It’s just simple work for simple people.
