Radolent Builders Llp is tucked away at 14/1/A Roy St. in the 700020 part of Kolkata. It is a narrow street and things can get pretty cramped during the day. Our office is just a regular room where we manage all the building projects we have going on. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us because they know the area. The work we do is pretty straightforward. We look at land, we talk to builders, and we try to make sure everything gets finished. It sounds easy but there are always surprises like a truck breaking down or someone not showing up. We just deal with those things as they come. Our team is small, just a few of us who have known each other a long time. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. If there is work to do, we stay until it is done. The office gets a bit hot in the summer because the air conditioning isn't the best, but we make do with fans. We like being on Roy St. because it feels like a real neighborhood. You see the same people every day. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It is mostly about grit and showing up every morning to do the job.
