Radheysh Constructions Private Limited is located at 7 Grant Lane. It’s one of those narrow streets in Kolkata where there’s always something going on. We’ve been operating out of this spot for some time now. Our work is mainly about building and fixing things up. We aren't a huge company with a lot of layers. When you call us, you usually talk to one of the people who is actually going to be on the site. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office at Grant Lane is mostly for the paperwork that keeps the government happy. Construction is tough work, especially with the heat we get here, but it’s what we know. We don't use a lot of fancy equipment unless it’s really needed. Mostly it’s just hard work and knowing the right way to lay a foundation. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our little corner of Grant Lane. Some days the office is quiet, and other days it’s a madhouse of people coming in and out. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish the project so we can move on to the next one. People around here know us as the guys who get the job done without making a big fuss. It’s just a local business trying to make a living by building stuff that lasts. We like the grit of it all.
