Radhakrishna Construction Llp is based at 146 Lake Road, in the 700029 area of Kolkata. Being near the lake is nice, it feels a bit different from the more crowded parts of the city. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all the construction business. We have been around for a while, working on various building projects. It is a lot of routine stuff, like checking on deliveries of sand and cement or making sure the workers have what they need for the day. We are not interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just local builders who know our way around a construction site. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and half-finished tea. We spend a lot of time talking to people, from the guys on the site to the people supplying the materials. There are always challenges, like when the rain starts and everything has to stop, or when a machine breaks down right when you need it most. We just take it as it comes. It is about getting the job done without making a big deal out of it. We like being in this part of town and we have gotten to know the neighborhood pretty well over the years. It is a steady life, just building one thing after another and moving on to the next.
