Our place is located over at 37/1/1A on P.G.H. Shah Road in Jadavpur. It’s a busy hospital environment, specifically focusing on heart health. If you’ve ever been to this part of Kolkata, you know how crowded the streets can get. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with all the different wards and testing rooms. We’ve been operating here for a long time. It’s not like those shiny new clinics you see in magazines. This is a working institute where things happen fast. The staff here, from the nurses to the people at the front desk, are just regular folks trying to do their jobs. We don't have any big corporate slogans about being the best. We just try to get the patients seen and their hearts looked after. The building shows its age in some spots, and the waiting rooms are almost always full of families. It gets loud and sometimes a bit overwhelming, but that’s the nature of a cardiac hospital in a city like this. We deal with a lot of serious stuff every day. At the end of a shift, we’re usually pretty tired. There’s a tea stall nearby where we all go. We just keep things moving at 37/1/1A. It’s a practical, straightforward place for people who need medical help. We don’t try to be anything other than a solid hospital for the Jadavpur community and beyond.
